Duty of Candour Summary (2025) Banana Moon Denmore is committed to openness and transparency in line with the Duty of Candour (Scotland) Regulations 2018. For the reporting period 1st January to 31st December 2025, there were no incidents that met the criteria for Duty of Candour. We continue to uphold high standards of safety, regularly review our practices, and ensure all staff are trained to effectively manage and report any incidents.
